We have advised numerous business clients, both as buyers and sellers, during merger and acquisition-type transactions.  Our goal in any business sale or purchase transaction is to enable our clients to achieve the greatest value possible while achieving any other personal objectives that they identify.  Our securities practice primarily involves advising clients regarding the structuring and implementation of private equity offerings.
